The site is located on the southwestern side of Budapest along Road No. 6 connecting to Budapest inner ring road and the newly developed downtown of Buda (10 km).
The Budapest motorway ring road (M0) is 1 km from the site providing quick access to Hungary’s main international motorways: M1 highway leading to Austria/Slovakia/Czechia, M5 highway leading to Serbia/Bulgaria, and M3 highway leading to Ukraine.
The M0 ring road also provides a direct access to Budapest International Airport, that lies 35 km away, in a 35-45 min drive.
The site is easily accessible by public transport including suburban trains connecting the site with Déli Railway Station. The city central is 15 min from site with public transport.
